wangsa-maju

a Malaysian sub-urban community, a place, a village, (a metro? a kampong?) blog created for records, remembering events, and for posterity. (Photo: Shows the first blocks of condos built in Wangsa Maju in early 1980)

This used to be a nice corner.

If anyone happens to go to the Shell Station, used to be Projet, near Carrefour, one can see a very sad state of affair and neglect. The concrete stools (and tables) which used to be very nicely placed under a shade are now in neglected state and some are broken and thrown about. Why can't we (Malaysian) be more sensitive to beautiful things and leave them 'beautiful' and in their right places (and state)?

I am very very sad.

We are responsible (and don't say that Shell or 7-11 are responsible).
